Re-Member

Coming Home to Your Whole Self.

Cultivating Belonging.

Therapy for adults and couples seeking greater connection, compassion, and a deeper sense of belonging in their lives and relationships.

At Re-Membering Counseling and Art Therapy, healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to the wholeness that is already within you.

You may find yourself here because...

You are exhausted from trying to hold things together.

Outer voices or your inner critic are louder than your own inner knowing.

You are navigating grief, trauma, burnout, or a major life transition.

You struggle with perfectionism, performance, or feeling like you are never enough.

You notice old patterns showing up in relationships, or you’re longing for a deeper sense of belonging.

You are longing for healing and therapy that makes space for your whole self.

A Different Way of Healing

Sometimes words are enough. Sometimes they aren't.

I offer an integrative approach to therapy that invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the many parts of yourself. As a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Provisional Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P), I draw from counseling, art therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, attachment, IFS, and depth-oriented approaches to support the whole of your experience.

We may use conversation, creative expression, movement, imagery, body awareness, time in nature, or other practices to help you access what is difficult to put into words. You don't need to be an artist, and you don't need to know where to begin.

My role isn't to fix or change you into someone else. It is to offer a compassionate space where you can become more curious about yourself, soften old patterns, and reconnect with the wisdom, resilience, and wholeness that are already within you.
